Returns & Shipping Policy:

We stand behind our products with our Money Back Guarantee! If you are unhappy with any product for any reason or your results with it, it can be returned for a FULL REFUND.  Allow 24-48 hours or 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order.  We do not send out orders on weekends.  Allow for 3-7 business days for your products to arrive.

If you request a refund for returned, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Neighborly Coffee. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund.
